This can practically take place in real time. The report is directly deducted from the record. However, it can also be used to check your entries. Several selection and control possibilities are available to you. This is a valuable tool, for example during the inspection of completed entries.
Upon completion of the entries of the processing activities, generate a PDF file and clearly and simply check the completeness and plausibility of all processing activities. You can give the PDF file name a date and upload it to your document management system. This will ensure that you have created an easy, comprehensible history.
